I was traveling through MN when I had a flat tire. I was in the middle of construction on I-35 so that I couldn't pull off the road. By the time I was able to stop, the tire was flat and the side wall was cut. I was traveling through Des Moines the next day and called ahead and found that Graham Tire had the a replacement tire in stock. When I rolled the tire to the counter, the salesman was very professional. They took the tire, found where a nail had punctured the tire and explained that this was not a manufacturing defect. They then call Goodyear and explained that the tire was only 1 year old and still had 95% of the tread left. They also explained about the construction zone. Goodyear discounted the tire 50% to me. I call that service above and beyond. We only spent 40 minutes getting the replacement tire and we were traveling again. I wish Graham had a store in my home town.
